You’re not seeing things.

There are so many cobwebs and so much dust on this blog that I might need an allergy pill before I’m done. Yikes.

Blogs are dead they say, but eff those people (I might be one of them). I still have a need to document my sewing though and there’s no Ravelry for quilting and I quit my day job and I just reopened the shop, and I’ve been doing heaps of photoshoots so here I am. Time to tidy up, update themes, fix broken links and all that.

So, uh. Hi!

I don’t believe blogs are dead, many people still blog and I’m wondering if that rumour was started by other social media with a vested interest in making us believe it.

Hi back! Nice to see you dust the place off :)

Welcome back. I don’t think blogs are dead either. Just a rumor started by Twitter or Linked-In, I think 😉

There must be something in the water. I just restarted my blog, so I don’t think they’re dead either. Nice to see you back.

Yay! So happy you’re back. Can’t wait to see what you’ve been making.

So awesome that you’re back. And I may need some of those boxes. I’m on a yarn diet, not an accessories diet! :)

Blogs will never go away since they are really journals. Ravelry is lovely but it can not replace the journal aspect. Nor can other social media. Plus things go in cycles and it is time for blogs again. Welcome back

Blogs aren’t dead. They just need for us to reimagine them! Having just realized there is such a thing as modern quilting, I feel knitting is about to have an evil twin sister obsession.

Blogs are not dead, I read them all the time, they are the substitute when raverly does not list the item… lol…. got to your site from craftsy, I am enrolled in your class. I think raverly really does need to make a quilting proportion, then we will have everything in one place… knitting quilting and sewing and they need to add photographs as well. Then it would be our one stop hang out for sure…. But just to let you know… I am reading your blog… keep it up…, I will follow you. I need to really get back to work on my knitting and sewing blog as well…encouraging and a new idea,,,, I will have to dust mine off too.. have not entered anything since 2012 :)
