Man, I love Rhinebeck weekend. There is just no better time to commune with online knitterly people than at the New York Sheep & Wool festival. The leaves are turning, the weather is cooler and there is so much wool around you’re almost warm by osmosis.

it all started with the colour Pickle

I’m beyond honoured that a few of my designer-type friends have enlisted me to take pattern photos for their self-published releases. Super fun. I find it REALLY hard to keep the secrets when I’m working on the photos, but it just means that when I’m done, I’m that much more excited about them.
Since I’m working on some secret knitting at the moment, no better time to share some of the pictures from a few of these shoots.

Rhinebeck, finally

The best thing about being behind in blogging Rhinebeck is that y’all are already over your 2009 Rhinebeck post ennui. Everything old is new again, or something like that.
This year Pam (Flint Knits) flew out to Boston and along with Danielle (aswiminknits) we carpooled up to Kingston on Friday to meet up with the crew.
